1. Scope of Service

ARCADIVO sells high-end commercial arcade machines, pinball tables, and game room equipment for residential game rooms and commercial venues across the United States. All transactions are conducted in US Dollars (USD).

2. Pricing & Product Availability

Prices and inventory availability are subject to change without prior notice. In the event of an inadvertent technical error resulting in an incorrect price listing, ARCADIVO reserves the right to cancel or adjust the order and issue an immediate full refund.

3. Freight Delivery & Risk of Loss

All items are shipped via certified commercial freight carriers with full transit insurance. Risk of loss passes to the purchaser upon carrier delivery and customer signature on the Bill of Lading. Customers are required to inspect goods upon delivery as specified in our Shipping Policy.

4. Warranty & Technical Support

Commercial arcade and pinball equipment includes standard manufacturer and refurbishment component warranties covering core electronic parts, boards, and display systems. Wear-and-tear items (e.g., rubber rings, light bulbs, pinballs) are standard maintenance components.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
